Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! This strange sounding combo is delicious and super easy to make!
Prep Time: Less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
Dice the onion and garlic up and add to the pan with the lamb mince. I also used leeks but this is optional.
Season with salt, pepper and parsley
Once the lamb and onions are cooked out them in a bowl ready for serving
Toast the pitta breads
Using the same pan add in the apricot jam. Once it starts to bubble put into a dish or serving bowl
Serve and enjoy!
I like to fill my pitta breads with raw peppers too.
